How long does a bot take?
From 10 working days for a bot with a lead or booking flow. A Mini App with a catalogue, cart and payments takes longer — we'll give you the timeline after the brief.
How is a Mini App different from a regular bot?
A regular bot is messages and buttons. A Mini App is a web interface inside Telegram: a catalogue with photos, a cart, an account. For KERI.AM we built two Mini Apps: one for customers ordering food and one for couriers, with their route and shift.
Can the bot take payments?
Yes, through the payment provider you have a contract with. In Armenia we work with ArCa, Idram, Telcell and AmeriaBank vPOS — which one to connect depends on your agreement with the bank or provider.
Who owns the bot?
You do. The bot is created under your Telegram account, and after payment we hand over the code and server access — the bot isn't tied to the studio.
