A delivery platform for towns the big services never reached: ten regions, three languages, ten applications running as one system.
Delivery in Yerevan works. Fifty kilometres out it is a phone call and a notebook: the restaurant does not know where the courier is, the customer does not know when the food arrives. KERI is built for exactly those towns — Gyumri, Vanadzor, Hrazdan, Kapan.
The restaurant gets a CRM: menu, stop-list, orders, couriers on a map, earnings, subscription. The customer orders from a site or from a Telegram Mini App without installing anything. The courier has his own Mini App with a route and a shift. The platform owner has an admin panel with restaurants, tariffs and a maintenance switch.
Everything is one monorepo: a Fastify API over PostgreSQL, six web applications on Next.js and Vite, two Telegram bots and a desktop build of the CRM that updates itself. Orders travel over WebSocket, so a new order appears on the kitchen screen without a refresh.
