Consent to personal data processing

I give AREVIAN TECHNOLOGIES LLC (tax ID 03037538, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia) my consent to process my personal data on the terms set out below and in the Privacy policy.

The data I enter in the form, the conversation with Ari or the client account: name, email address, phone number, messenger handle, company and job title, task description, budget and timing, files and message texts, as well as the technical data listed in the Privacy policy.

Replying to my enquiry, preparing a proposal and estimate, contacting me about the project, entering into and performing a contract, creating and operating my client account, and improving the Studio’s services.

Collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, use, transfer to the providers listed in the Privacy policy (including providers of artificial intelligence models and transfers outside the Republic of Armenia), anonymisation, blocking and deletion — with or without automated means.

This consent remains valid until the purposes of processing are achieved and within the retention periods set out in the Privacy policy.

I can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to security@arevian.studio. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing and does not stop processing required to perform a contract or comply with the law.

I am at least 16 years old; the data I provide is accurate; if I provide data about other people, I have a lawful basis and they have been informed. I have read the Privacy policy.
